📌 Vânia Pinheiro (Focus Area 2) presented a poster at the V Chemical and Biological Engineering Doctoral Symposium at Universidade do Minho on the “Development of a reproducible 𝘪𝘯 𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘳𝘰 chronic wound model associated with bacterial biofilm”.

📌 Ana Barbosa (Focus Area 1) was at the Center for Biofilm Engineering Seminar Series at MSU, USA and presented her work on “mRNA PNA-FISH: A new tool for studying gene expression and spatial organization on biofilms”.
